Unlike fixed reward mechanisms such as points redemption or discount coupons, Perks offer more flexibility and focus on strengthening emotional connections with your customers through unique brand experiences.
Key Highlights of Perks
• Unlimited forms: A Perk can be anything that enhances the brand experience, such as exclusive events, limited-edition products, or early access to collections.
• Handled by merchants: Perks are not managed by Loloyal’s system. You will need to distribute or validate them independently (e.g., via email notifications, customer service follow-up, or offline confirmation).

Now, you can assign unique language codes to each custom language in your store. The system will automatically detect a buyer’s store language and display the corresponding localized content for a seamless shopping experience.
Example:
If a language code is set to th, the system will detect th as the store language and automatically display content in Thai.
