Have a seperate section under "ways to redeem" and "ways to earn" which can show what rewards each customer has active at the moment, rather than scrolling to the bottom at activity and clicking your way through. This seems unnecessary and a little too hard to find.

Please integrate Trustpilot and Google Business Profile so that customers can gain points by letting positive feedback

Making refunds in to points as well would be really nice, to limit the capital loss related to refunds and ensuring revenue gain.
