Requesting implementation of VIP tier functionality: allowing customers to claim special ghost products directly from the loyalty program interface.
We have noticed a gap in our current setup regarding rewarding customers who reach VIP tiers within our loyalty program. At present, our store does not offer discounts as incentives; instead, we provide special products or hampers upon achieving certain milestones. To streamline this process and enhance user experience, we propose the following feature: Functionality Requested: When a customer reaches a VIP tier, they should be presented with the option to claim a special product, which is not listed in our store inventory. This product, often referred to as a "ghost product," will not display its value. Instead, it will only show an image and title to maintain exclusivity and surprise for the customer. Furthermore, upon reaching a certain VIP tier, customers should have the ability to directly add this special product to their cart and proceed with checkout. This feature should be seamlessly integrated into the VIP tier section of our loyalty program, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience. Example Scenario: For instance, when a customer reaches 350 points, they should be eligible to claim the special product associated with that tier. They can then add this product to their cart directly from the VIP tier section without having to navigate through the store. Requested Implementation: Add Special Product Option: Within the VIP tier section, include an option for customers to claim their special product reward. Seamless Integration: Ensure that customers can add the special product to their cart directly from the VIP tier interface without any complications. Ghost Product Display: Display the special product with only its image and title, concealing its value to maintain the element of surprise. This functionality will greatly enhance our loyalty program, incentivizing customers to strive for higher tiers while providing them with exclusive rewards unique to our brand.
