We are currently using BON Loyalty program, and we are looking to switch. So, I was wondering if you do:
Analytics: What kind of analytics do you offer? Would we be able to see which orders were placed using Joy's points and awards? If so, is it possible to also apply appropriate tags to the Shopify orders (Point tags examples: Loyalty_points-Facebook_follow, Loyalty_points-Facebook_follow, Loyalty_points-Birthday, and Awards used tags examples: Loyalty_points-Free_shipping, Loyalty_points-10_percent_off, Loyalty_points-10_EUR_off, etc.)
Email options: Emails based on conditions and awards, and custom text, colors, HTML, etc. BON doesn't allow us to edit the HTML/CSS, yet, which is a big problem for us because we can't edit the fonts, add new lines, etc.
