Thank you for your attention and valuable suggestions on the Loyalty Points program. We are happy to share with you our points validity period feature. You can select the validity period you want through Program >> Points >> Points expiry.
Once you enable points expiration, any points older than 12 months will expire automatically. For example, if a customer earns points in January, and you set the expiration period to 12 months, those points will expire if the customer remains inactive for a year (12 months) after earning them. 😊
