Allow the customer to choose any product for a free product.

What I mean is that, I rather them choose what they want for free instead of me choosing or, at least, if I can place multiple items for them to choose to be their free gift

Yes, you mean customers can choose the "products" you have set up, that customers can "buy" from their points. Thats solotion we have right now, at our current loyalty provider, and customers do use this (even if we give less discount, than using discount codes or money value!! Sp please make possible to add a lot more "products" that customers can "buy" with points!!

I was writing a reply saying you can already do that, but then it clicked: You mean for referrals, right? If so, I can absolutely agree that that would be a great feature.

For now, what about making the free gift they receive a coupon code, which can then be redeemed to get one of the items you want to offer for free? Depending on whether it's for the referring customer or the referred friend (or both), you might even be able to automate it with Shopify Flow or something similar.

Jason Roberts: Hey, in my dashboard I have to choose the free gift myself. I want to allow multiple gifts to be options for the customer to choose instead of me choosing what the free gift is. If this is already possible please tell me how because when I contacted the support they said it wasn't possible? Maybe this misunderstood what I am trying to accomplish? The only let down with a coupon code is that things are priced differently in my shop so i already have coupon codes set but I want free will on choosing anything for free, despite price, that I add to a collection for free choice. If you have direction on how to accomplish this through shopify flow, please share :)

Carine Nelzy: Hi. Just to be clear, I'm just another user, not someone who works for Loloyal. I believe you are correct, that you can only choose a single free gift when it comes to referrals. That's why I upvoted your suggestion and was trying to think of a workaround.

For the coupon code, I think you can set a code that gives a 100% discount that is valid for one use per customer. If you do that, it doesn't matter that all of the prices are different. Is the gift for the referring customer, the referred friend, or both? I'm trying to figure out exactly what the steps would be.
