This is the second time. Is this a monthly issue or what? The loloyal tile in POS shows 0 point for all customers. Our Cashier cannot tell customers how many points they earned, and cannot redeem points for customers. Please solve this ASAP.

I would like my customers to be able to see more info on what VIP tier they are in (what rewards they currently have unlocked), how far away they are from hitting the next tier, and be able to see what incentives they will get once they hit their next VIP level. With this, I'd like my customers to be able to earn more reward points to spend when they go to a higher tier. Thanks team!

On the widget, Ways to Redeem, it shows only "Free Product Coupons," with no mention of the product nor the point value necessary for redemption. This info—or, at the very least, the point value—should be available without having to click through. Members should be able to see what they can redeem for at a glance.

There is no option for setting the milestone on VIP Tiers as we would like to set a year time period of access for the customers on the VIP Tier program.
